A Low-Voice Ensemble in the Burlington-Hamilton Region
We aren’t professional singers…we’re professionals who sing!
Our members come from all different backgrounds and most of us have day jobs completely outside the world of music!
We also have different levels of musical training. Some studied music, some haven’t. Some sang in choirs all their lives, others discovered the joy of singing later on.
What’s important is that you love to sing, you want to learn and improve your vocal abilities, and you’re looking to spend time with like-minded people.

If you sing in the tenor or bass ranges, we’d love to hear from you!
We champion Canadian music.
While we perform all styles of music by a wide range of composers, we include Canadian works in all our programs.
Everyone is welcome!
We welcome all genders, orientations, and faiths. Our only criteria is that you can sing!
We perform in the GHA.
Based in Burlington, we perform in all over the Greater Hamilton Area.
We’re a large(ish) ensemble.
We invite other artists to join our core members in performances and we’re recruiting new members all the time.

Sonus Voices performs at private and community events, is available for recording projects, and can provide additional low voices to an existing choir. *
